To date, the capacity of the installed lines allows the production of more than 35 tons per day of semi-hard cheeses of the Gollandskiy type and about 18 tons of whey powder.
The plant has the prospect of becoming the TOP-3 dairy sites in Tatarstan, with a processing capacity of 450 tons of raw milk per day.
