More than 100 children came to the event, there was an animation program based on the modern animated series for children "Fantasy Patrol" at the celebration.
Older children took part in a master class on the technique of painting with liquid acrylic.
Those who wished chose and applied bright glitter tattoos, and of course no one missed the incendiary disco with modern youth music!
